SLIDING SCALE POLICY

Please note that almost all classes offered are on a sliding scale basis. This is to ensure accessibility within our community. The base price for Pilates classes are set at $15 to ensure that everyone who wants to attend is able to, but know that we are offering that service below the market rate.  

 

A sliding scale is not about what you think the cost of a service should be - it’s about what you can comfortably pay. By paying the top of what you can afford, you are subsidizing the experience for others who don't have access to the same resources. If you have questions about where you might fall on this scale, please reach out directly.

NEXT SERIES BEGINS SEPTEMBER 18

Jumpstart your week with this Pilates-based Mat class! Designed for all ageand levels, this class will challenge you to build strength, endurance, mobility and stability all at once. This class is offered as a 7-week series or as a drop-in; participation in the series strongly encouraged for continuity and accountability. 

*HYBRID: Zoom or in-person options.

 TRANS AND GENDER EXPANSIVE

MONDAYS @ 4:30PM

What to Expect: exploring and tending to a new relationship with our bodies and our bodies' capacities, centering joy and play as acts of resistance, building skills and language around our bodies and what/how they communicate, sessions exploring pleasure-based boundaries, spirituality and our bodies, reconnecting with our inner child, our bodies as resources for safety and connection, visualization and playful exercises, learning and practicing new skills in community, and more. 

-Accessibility: The space with have an air filter and masks required for immunocompromised folx, sounds in the space are generally quieter, the room has lots of natural lighting/no overhead lights will be used, we will make a neurodivergent nest with stimming toys, fidgets, and headphones. 

-Commitment: 8 weeks, sharing space with 10-12 people, $60 full pay with some sliding scale and pro-bono availability.

TUESDAYS @ 9:15AM 

All Levels Pilates with Props

Practice beginning and intermediate mat exercises, focusing on functional movement and body awareness. We'll use the magic circle and do standing exercises in each class. Expect to improve your balance, posture and strength!

DROP-IN WITH ANNA

This is a class designed around ALL props! Think of this class as a Pilates-based circuit class. We will use foam rollers, light weights, therabands and Pilates balls to get our bodies moving with the help of these useful tools.

Let's ease into the end of the week by feeling strong and connected in our bodies! Come enjoy some evening Pilates that will challenge your coordination, strength, and ability to connect with your body in space. Take some time to disconnect from the outside world and get moving! Props will be used to support our practice, all are welcome.

BEGINS SEPTEMBER 16

ALL LEVELS PILATES

In this invigorating class, you'll master the intermediate mat exercises, and begin working on more advanced ones. Modifications will be provided for those new to Pilates. Beginners in good physical condition are certainly welcome!

Gentle Movement Workshop 101 (Beginner) & 102 (Intermediate):

Releasing Emotions in the Body through Movement

A 6-week therapeutic dance series to explore the heart-mind-body relationship through breath, journaling, and movement. 3:00-4:30pm (101); 5-6:30pm (102)

Kids Dance Series: Releasing Emotions in the Body through Movement

Designed for kids ages 4-12 to move, stomp, wiggle, and jump to find different ways to express the big emotions that want and need to get out. 1-2PM

This class is a gentle and grounding practice that focuses on the feminine qualities of nurturing, stability, and connectedness to the earth. This qigong practice involves slow, flowing movements, deep breathing, and visualization techniques to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.  This class is suitable for all levels of experience and can be practiced by anyone looking to connect with their feminine energy and find greater balance and harmony.
